Can I get in trouble with the law in any way by creating a website that contains written content about how to grow marijuana?
There are plenty of people who do this, and you can buy marijuana growing books in all major book stores, but would I be putting myself at any risk by doing this?
From what I can gather myself it should be covered under freedom of speech but I'm sure I also have to put some sort of disclaimer on the website.
Also what type of lawyer should I look for to ask this question to formally? Does it fall under criminal law?
