I live in New York. Someone let me use their credit card several times. Now there has been a dispute between us and they are claiming that they never gave me permission to use it. We live together in the same house and have for more than 8 years.

They have contacted the Credit Card Company and are having the charges removed.

Am I in trouble with the Credit Card Company?
