When a new employer does a criminal background check me what information of mine do they use? Social Security Number? Name? Birthdate? Drivers Lic #? All?

They use ALL and other criteria. They will most likely outsource the check and screening company will most likely uncover every variation of your name, other reported DOB's, SSN's, and other identifiers that criminals try to use to conceal to "throw off" a record from being found... Think twice before ever lying on any application and release of background check. Anything else?
