What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? PA

If a married woman and a married man have an affair and the married man's wife finds out, has herself tested for STD's and happens to have one, can she file criminal charges against her husband and/or the other woman? Is there a difference in charges based on the particular STD?

If not criminal charges, how about a civil suit?

What if the affair happened in Ohio and the wife lives in PA? What state would have jurisdiction over this if criminal charges could be filed?

What does the wife need in order to prove that the STD actually came from her husband and/or the other woman?

No. Only a prosecutor can FILE criminal charges. And what you describe is NOT criminal conduct.

See above, no.

If you can prove DAMAGES and that the 'other woman' knew that she had the STD and that she knowingly spread it either with negligence or malice, then a lawsuit MIGHT be possible. It would be expensive and put this issue into public record.

Not criminal, so question is moot.

What does the wife need in order to prove that the STD actually came from her husband and/or the other woman?
A hell of a lot more than just a suspicion. Maybe he could have had multiple partners. Maybe she could have contracted it some other way (depending on what the STD is).

Sugggestion: Why not grow up, smell the coffee and realize that the marriage is over?? Get a divorce and get over him. If you don't, this anger and demand for 'revenge' will likely ruin the rest of your life.
