What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Florida
I was falsely arrested and have physical evidence and witnesses who can prove this.
I need to file a Pet. for Wrongful arrest and Incar.

Just because you were innocent doesn't mean you were "falsely arrested" or have any sort of case.

With the scant details here we can't provide any help. If you actually have any damages, you can try a lawyer, but these sort of cases are very hard to win.
