What is the name of your state? Alaska
I have been divorced for over 3 years . We split the debt and were ordered to take the other off our appointed joint accounts. He did not comply and became very negligent with his payments. My credit is shot. I refinanced my house and it cost me over $. 2500.00 MORE. He states he wants to see me suffer- Is this criminal behaviour?

you can take him back to family law court for a contempt hearing. you can also file a small claims action against him for the extra $2500.
