i know someone who has been charged with fraud and was sentenced to 10 years but only had to do 6 months in jail.if this person was to violate their probation by trespassing on private property,how much time would they have to do in jail????

That's probably going to be nearly impossible to answer because there are far too many variables involved.

It could range from no time at all to the balance of time remaining on his prior sentence.
