I was given a citation for Criminal Tresspassing in the state of Kentucky.
Myself and 3 friends were hanging out in a park around 6:30PM ( before dark) in my car. We were playing a game of truth or dare and one of the persons had an article of clothing missing when the cop pulled up.
The gates to the park were not closed and there were no clear signs posted saying when the park closes, only one that says, "Park closes at dark."
What kind of fines can we expect from this or will it be dropped possibly? This is everyone's first offense.
