    cybersex

    Hi!
I am 17 years old and living in Germany. A few days ago a 14 year old girl from Missouri offered me to have cyber sex with her. A friend and I, looking for laugh for the night, thought to ourselves that could be funny. So I agreed and participated in cyber sex.
If I do so, is there any legal risk for me? Can I be sued in the US for that?

She also wants to send me, what I think, sexually explicit pictures. If I accept that, is there any legal risk for me for being sued in the US?

    Thank you very much,
    Kaan

Personally, you are asking for trouble; and possible Viruses, Trojans, etc.

Just because she says she is 14 and from Missouri does not necessary mean she really is!

You would be charged with distribution of child pornography, plus a host of other serious felonies.
