Help in Ca!
My husband's ex threatened both of our lives in front of law enforcement. This constitues terrorist threats, or so we were told. The court issued restraining orders for both of us against her. Regardless, she is still driven by the need to see us both "pay". She is using my husbands information to call his creditors, has us followed and continues to set our car alarm off on a weekly if not nitely basis. Tell me the best way to handle this situation.
Also...is it possible I am wondering to have alimony stopped due to all of this??
