What is the name of your state? IL
About a week ago my wife went shopping at a grociery store. When she used the debit card the cashier said it wasn't regerstering and went to another cash register and charged our account. A few days later I looked at our account and found two charge for the same amount at the same location. I've tried to straighten it out but I keep getting a run around. They are making no effort to correct the problem.
Can I use any legal action?

Have you gone to your bank? Your bank should have a way of sending one of the charges back as a chargeback or unauthorized debit.
