What is the name of your state?Missouri: Does anyone know whether attempts by potential respondents in potential civil suits (such as wrongful death) can be guity of obstruction of justice if they are attempting to thwart a complainant's efforts to secure an attorney and develop a case? If so, how can one pursue this kind of charge? If not, what can one do if one suspects the potential respondent is succeeding in dissuading each lawyer you approach to take your case? Thanks.

Obstruction of Justice is when Mary deletes one of my responses :D:D:D

Now,forget the generalities and state specific facts of a real situation. Or at least be honest enough to tell us if this is a homework assignment or not.
