What is the name of your state? Colorado
My sister has been missing for 12 years, before this time she was on probation, she was almost done, when she just disappeared. Amazingly we have found her, but now we are all concerned because of this past. What is the statue of limitations on this, if there is one?

It's not "STATUE, as in "Sculpture", it's STATUTE as in "Law"

The Statute of Limitations refers to the time the State has to file charges against someone for a crime. The time stops when charges are filed. Since your sister was charged, convicted, and sentenced, the SoL does NOT apply.

Your sister probably has a probation violation waiting for her, and it will continue to wait indefinitely until she's caught.

When she does get caught, she'll finish the remainder of her sentence in a jail cell.
