I was recently arrested in California for Disorderly conduct, under the influence of intoxicating liquor in a public place, which is a misdemeanor. I am a recent college graduate, which causes some problems. First, I can't afford to hire an attorney. Second, I would prefer to keep my record clean because I am looking for a job. Any advice?
