I am working in a Restaurant /Nightclub as Bar Manager. We got a written Noise Complaint-Disorderly Conduct the Officer asked for the Person in charge I put my Name down otherwise he told me that he would arrest me if I wouldn't sign the Paperwork.
The Person in charge was the Restaurant Manager, also Sound Technician and
DJ that night, but he already has prior charges and didn't wanted to be on the Ticket.
So I was dumm enough to sign. How can I get my name of this ticket. Should be the owner or the restaurant manager on it. Write now it's in pretrial because I pleaded not guilty. The judge wouldn't change the name. What to do?
