my husband, 32, took his friend, 21 and his friends girlfriend to a casino. when arriving at the casino, my husband got a beer, the first one from a six pack from the back of his truck before entering the casino police were immediately there to remove everyone from the vehicle. his friends girlfriend turned out to be only 17 years old. my husband claims he never gave the girl any alcohol and also did not know she had been drinking. the boyfriend of the girl claims that he alone had been drinking with his girlfriend. the girl also confirmed my husband never gave her alcohol. the district attorney wants to charge my husband with contributing to the delinquincy of a minor because he was the oldest adult present. what should i do?
