What is the name of your state? North Carolina my wife and i seperated and she took the expedition that i am fighting for she illegally had my name taken off the title by forging my name on a dmv document having it removed and notarized the dmv inspector notified me on march 17 2005 that my name would be put back on the title on march 25 and also notified her and the bank but my wife on march 18 traded the vechile can she be prosecuted because of the pending action and the charges being brought against the notary
