For the life of me, I cannot see how the state could have retried this guy!

I read the 48 hrs story too Because the appeals court remanded the case for a new trial...this was due to prosecutorial misconduct...I think the girlfriends testimony was the nail in the cops coffin on that one...that and the sexual abuse of the daughter...
