    Does Waived for Court means charges are dropped?

    What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Pennsylvania

    Hello everyone,

    Offense #1 Simple Assualt is WAV which means Waived for Court. Does that means charges are dropped due to court and Offense #2 are charged? Please see below.

    Adult. Just made it to the audlt line of 18 and now I am 26. Never been arrested either.

    Looks to me like just a bookkeeping change (notice case numbers).

    But ask the court to make sure.

    Bookkeeping change? What does that mean?

    Does the court have email and are they able to assist me over email?
