My son ( 17 yrs old ) was arrested for assault/battery on a person over 60 yrs old ( his father...) He lives with him but I am also his legal guardian. I was not notified of this at the time. He was arraigned and sent to jail.( 30 days until pre-trial) I have been trying for 5 days to get a hold of the PD who was assigned to the case. ( unsuccessfully)The lawyer has not even contacted my son in jail as of this date. Any suggestions???
