Exactly WHAT is the situation? Since your driver's license in CA is not associated with an SSN, what is the real issue here?

Would it be presumptious of me to assume that you may be or may have been under age and obtained a second license with false info. in order to purchase alcohol or enter 21 & up clubs?

Two things to be concerned about: FRAUD & IDENTITY THEFT charges

If your "fake" id is under a real name and a real SS# not belonging to you, your could be looking at identity theft.

If the number and name, etc. are ficticious, fraud charges.
