drug testing minors by school no consent

son was taken by police from school to clinic for drug test came back negative they made him sign consent form he is 15 yrs. old i feel it was his wild hairdo (short in back long in front and pulled back to make ponytail)that caused this action he lives in kentucky.is this legal?

Drug testing is a Fourth Amendment search. A search is legal if the person searched consented, which your son did. You do not explain how they made him sign the form. If they used physical force or illegal threats, that would render the search coerced, which would be illegal.
