I had a misdemeanor conviction which occurred over 20 years ago expunged in state court. The expungement order was also forwarded to the FBI. When I or someone else requests a copy of my FBI record (through a fingerprint check), what will be returned? "No Criminal Record on File" or the actual criminal record information with the notation that it was expunged? Thanks.
