I have be out of the Home improvement business for about 2 1/2 years. My Company sold a foundation stabilation job to a person over 65 in June of 2003 and finished it in August of 2003. We pulled a permit and had a cerified engineer inspect the depth of the new posts. We failed to get a final inspection by the City. I pulled the final inspection in June of 2006 and it did not pass. The District Attorney is threatning to put my case in front of a grand jury. Does the Statue of limitation matter here?
