Recently I learned that an individual I was going into business with has been intercepting my email in a effort to prevent me from getting work. There is also questions around phone messages and mail that has been kept from me.

I'm not sure what legal action to take.

set up password for your email account (if you shared a email account for this business Change the Password and any information that could be used to access the email account like password question as well for security purposes
