What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? RI

Is it illegal to hire an escort for erotic, but non-sexual acts. For example, nude molding? What about asking the escort to masturbate? Or asking two escorts to engage in sexual acts, but not personally participating?

I understand the ethical issues with prostitution. Just looking to get some insight on the legalities of this "gray" area.

Thanks.

If you are exchanging 'sexual services' for value (money etc.) not OK

None of these are gray area.

Nude modeling -
OK

Escort to masturbate -
Not OK (If clothed, 'simulated', discrete and unadvertised and in only private - dark gray area - probably not prosecuted or prosecutable)

Two escorts to engage in sexual acts, but not personally participating? -
Not OK - Definitely prostitution

All of the above assume you have your clothes on and are not yourself masturbating one way or another - if you were than all are within the realms of prostitution.

Are you one of the people who believed former President Bill Clinton when he shook his finger at the American people and told us he 'did not have sex with that woman'?:rolleyes:

Masturbation=sex

Sexual acts=sex

OP didn't ask about nude modeling. OP asked about nude molding.
I assumed it was a typo. But point taken.

Lifecasting, absent a sexual gratification as part of the immediate exchange is also not prostitution and OK.

Unless this is some kind of hyper specific bear fantasy for nude mitre work.

"You the baseboards, you the crown molding, you put on the varnish."

LOL...don't you love automatic spell check.

Seriously, thanks for the responses.

So, to be clear, responding to an escort's ad and saying you are only interested in nude modeling would ok?

no, the statement was:

I did not have sexual relations with that woman.

If you research the definition of sexual relations, in regards to the legal definition you will discover it is referring to copulation.

There was never any claim he had intercourse with the large woman in the soiled dress.
