Stuck w/ a vindictive ex

My ex-boyfriend is claiming that he took digital pictures of us in bed when I was up to see him. Now that we have gone our seperate ways, he is threatening to post them on the internet and send the url to everyone I know. If he does post them, do I have any legal resourse? He lives in CT and I live in FL.
