What is the name of your state? TX
How can she get an ID in my name in the same state that I have one?
I have no clue as to where she is now. A mutal friend informed me
that she was using my name. He happened to see her ID at a club. That had my
name on it and her picture. What do I do now? BTW I am 33 and she is 37.
My birth cert and ss card are missing. I always kept them in the file cabinet. I can't afford
a lawyer.

Contacting the police would be the first step.

Well now that would be easy if she also has your birth certificate and SS card. All she had to do is go to the drivers license office and say she lost hers and pooof they give her a new one with her very own pic on it.
