Ex Setting Me Up

Help! My ex has filed a criminal complaint against me for 31 counts of harassing/stalking/terroristic acts and for accessing his yahoo and excite accounts. I have never harassed him but did find his email address online and just thought it would be a good way of him to get to know his son better by sending pictures and etc. what are the legal ramifications for accessing someones yahoo and excite accounts?

Want to add that I nevre went into the accounts but getting blamed for it and believe i am getting set up all because my ex is mad at me
