Florida**************what does it mean to plead no contest to two petty theft misdeameanor charges......

My response:

Simply stated, "No contest" means if you're in a Nitro Burning Dragster in lane number two, against Shirley ("Cha Cha") Muldowney on the Quarter Mile strip, then it's "No contest" - - she's gonna win!
