i was charged with drug possesion. it was reduced to disorderly conduct which is a violation in new york city and not considered a crime. on my law school application it asks to disclose any convictiion other than a minor trafffic violation. how can i disclose this offense in the least damaging manner. the question asks to explain in complete detail w/ dates. facts: it was definitely unwitting possesion if the the drug was in fact a illegal substance. since i waived my right to a jury trial alot of questions were left unanswered. thank you
