Hi, I was convicted of Bank Robbery in Southern California. My sentence date was Jan 1994, and was released to probation May 1996, then released from probation due to good behavior June 1998.

I am trying to expunge my record, and get my rights to vote back. How do I go about doing this, and is it even possible to get this right returned to me? How long of a process is to expunge a record and what is needed to do this?

Thank you!
