I understand that a felony record can be expunged but not destroyed.
My question is, Why then do the expungement at all? It is costly and time consuming.
Please, this is urgent and VERY important, if expungement is right then i must do it today or Monday at the latest. Thank You For your time.

expungment means that the records are hidden and no one can see them depending on what your felony was? most likely that would be the way to go because you would not won't a felony on your record specially if you have a clean record. but, just because it is hidden does not mean it is not there. only the courts can see this! my personal opinion. deb
