What is the name of your state?Texas...I am 39 years old and want to know what I can do to have my record expunged. 6 years ago I went through a rough period in my life and got in some trouble. I completed my probation (deffered adjudication 4 years) and have been on the straight and narrow every since. I am currently in college and I am looking to move up in my job but I am worried that my past trangressions might hold my back not to mention Its hard for me to find a decent place to live because of this. How much would it cost to let a lawyer handle it or can I do it myself?
