What is the name of your state? Ohio, Lorain county

I have a conviction of Arson and Insurance fraud from August of 2000 for an incident that occurred in 1996. I have since completed sentence and restitution and it has been 3 years since I've done so. Is arson an expungeable offense?

Expungement/pardon

Standard answer: Expungement is generally granted for illegal arrests or unlawful convictions. Generally, pardons mean you are forgiven for the crime but it remains on your record.
