Hi I had a ? regarding extradition..I have a friend in the Denver Co jail, on a hold from New Mexico. He has been there since June 17th and they have not come for him. Are they supposed to let him out , after a certain amount of time? Is there such thing as a extension? If so how does that work? Can they hold you indefinitely? If not who enforces that law? Who do I talk to to let him go?
