What is the name of your state? Tennessee

i need to know how someone can be charged and convicted of facilitation to attempted first degree murder when noone is charged with the actual attempt ? How can myself,my husband and my best friend beat a case that we have already seemingly lost when there is not enough evidence to support the conviction but the Judge won't do anything about it and the law is just simply over looked in this hick town we live in and the law does what they please and the appointed lawyers help the system more than they do their clients?I really need some help.
