What is the name of your state? Florida

I was at a Health Spa and I was Robbed.
Someone cut the lock off of my locker and stold everything. Expensive keepsake
watch and ring, money wallet, drivers license, credit cards, cell phone. Everything!

My question is-- does the club have insurance against such maters. Can I make a claim against their insurance?

First, make a report to the police.

After that, you can TRY to make a claim to the spa's insurance, but I doubt they are going to pay. It has been my experience that they are under no obligation to pay for your loss due to a criminal act. However, you can try.
