What is the name of your state? VT
When the police consider you a suspect in a criminal case and have you come to the station and submit a statement, are they required by law to read you your miranda rights? And is receiving a check given to you to supposedly shut you up so you will not take legal action against someone, and then the individual pursues a grand larceny or false pretense because you cashed the check that was freely given to you???
