What is the name of your state? WV
I made a similar post in a different category, but I wanted a more clear answer on this issue:
Is knowingly making a false report to CPS a cause of action in filing criminal charges? I know that in this state, CPS has the option of having the person prosecuted, but can the victim file charges as well? I know I keep dwelling on this issue, but no one will do anything about the dozens of offenses this person commits, and false reporting is just one of them. (others include using aliases on legal documents, violating court orders, lying in official investigations, etc.)
I really appreciate any input.
