What is the name of your state? Texas My boyfriend was falsely accused of sexual assault to a minor. He had a trial set up but then was advised to accept their offer of 5 years probation rather then risk being convicted and 20 years in prison. He has been serving the probation and following all the requirements. Now he is finding out that the mother of the girl who was accused has been following him (she lives 3 hours away from him) and telling his probation officer that he has had contact with her and her daugther which would be violating his parole. This is a rather long story but basically he is serving parole for a crime he did not commit and the mother will not stop until he is in jail because he has some information about her that she does not want anyone to know. The probation officer will not listen to him when he tells him she is harassing him and nobody wants to believe that he didn't do it, they always believe the victim. What can he do to protect himself? Does he have any rights?
