my pretrial and trial have been put off 4 times because the da has not
made his case ,for lack of evidence which do not exist i'm not guilty of anything
how long is considered a speedy trial its been 2 years now and i'm court ordered away from my home and children except for supervised visits. i was accused by my 15 year old daughter
and she lives in foster care with no kind of permancy,my other live at home with their mom
all are on my side except the oldest,the one who accused me.
i have tons of caracter witnesses.....so how long is too long for this to go on
i'm ready to go on with my life,with my family at home where i belong
