texas - My son has been harassed since November. The boy came onto our property in January and started a fight. The boy continues to follow my son, tailgate him, drive by our house and rev up his engine, harass my younger son by following him, and has even followed me on one occassion. His father has a complaint filed with the State Board of Education trying to have my certificate removed because of the fight. We have reported on four different occasions to our local constable who promises to talk with the family but hasn't yet. What can we do about this issue?
