about 10 years ago I was arrested for theft, however I gave a false name to the police and was released to a guardian. I did community service for this. I am applying for a govt job which requires an FBI fingerprint check. I am afraid this is going to show up, and although the charge is not a big deal, the false name is. Is there anyway I can clear this up if it does show on my FBI rap sheet?
