You still havent answered my question with a concrete answer. Dont give quotes of grand designs. What real purpose do you believe the US government should have in running the United States? Just defense of the country and entering foreign treaties?

Yes, stephenk. I do not want "benefits" which come with strings attached - compelled performance - unilateral, unconscionable contracts!

For example: mail delivered to your front porch/door/driveway is a "benefit" - Congress only creates post roads. I can go TO the post office and collect my mail.

Using federal reserve notes (IOU'S, promises to pay) comes with the "benefit" of NOT being sued for failure to pay in gold/silver!

The compelled performance OF using FRN's is falling under "exclusive legislation in all cases whatsover" INSTEAD of law !!!

Corporate status is the "benefit" of limited liability - compelled performance is the income tax - originally called the corporate tax.

Imposts, excises and duties are to pay for government AND IF there is an invasion OR rebellion (against lawful government) THEN a tax CAN be imposed to RE-IMBURSE the Government for repelling the invasion OR putting down the rebellion, period.

At that time the money is apportioned BASED ON the populaton of the States !!!

There is NOT supposed to be a standing army - appropriation is for periods NO longer than two years - read the Constitution !!!

The militia is the People (save for some elected). We are to make sure THEY do their jobs right. We are supposed to "secure our free States" . . .

Federally chartered financial institutions are chartered solely to provide financial and banking services for agencies of the United States (government) and political subdivisions thereof, and officers, agents and employees of the United States (government). See 18USC7(3).

Further, federally chartered financial institutions traffic only in three mediums: (1) public money, (2) fractional reserve banking which monetizes private assets via Federal Reserve book-entry "credit", and (3) Federal Reserve [bank] Notes.

By consulting the Parallel Table of Authorities and Rules, it will be found that there are no implementing regulations extending authority of the Federal Reserve Note to the several States, and there have never been implementing regulations extending fractional reserve banking authority to the several States.

Only agencies of the United States (government) and its political subdivisions subject to Congress' Article IV legislative jurisdiction, and officers, agents and employees of these agencies are entitled to be in possession of and use "public money". See 12USC101, 31USC Ch10, CFR 202-209 and 1 USC 1813(m).

Premises considered, all "lending transactions" by federally chartered financial institutions to the People in the several States of America are null and void for fraud, lack of consideration of value, debauchery, and bad faith.

The Internal Revenue Code does not make anyone liable for an income tax. The Code simply applies to "any person made liable", and a person makes himself liable by engaging in activities which are taxable, and which have been taxed, for revenue purposes.

These quotations, and many others like them, demonstrate clearly that these words "new world order" have been in use for decades, and did not originate with President George Bush in 1990.

The "old world order" is one based on independent nation-states. The "new world order" involves the elimination of the sovereignty and independence of nation-states and some form of world government. This means the end of the United States of America, the U.S. Constitution, and the Bill of Rights as we now know them. Most of the new world order proposals involve the conversion of the United Nations and its agencies to a world government, complete with a world army, a world parliament, a World Court, global taxation, and numerous other agencies to control every aspect of human life (education, nutrition, health care, population, immigration, communications, transportation, commerce, agriculture, finance, the environment, etc.). The various notions of the "new world order" differ as to details and scale, but agree on the basic principle and substance.

This is the same One world government that we are warned of in the Book of Revelations in the Bible. The same One world Government that is implementing a Mark of the beast (a one world currency=Bio-chip). And soon they will create and force upon us a One world Religion. This One world Government will produce a leader for the world. The whole world will be forced to worship this Leader. This leader will be the Anti Christ.

* No national Army, no Navy, no Air Force, and no State Militias.

* No more states, no more counties, and no more special districts.
No more local control. The former structural framework of American government is being replaced by International regional units of United Nations administrative control. The California Speaker of the Assembly, Rep. Willie Brown, offered a proposal to abolish cities and counties. (L.A. Times October 25, 1987). County Regional Planning Agencies are working to dissolve county governments. Considering itself to be the "Federal World Government", the United Nations now addresses countries over the world as its "states". Regional government has always been international U.N. government.

* No more American 1789 united States Constitution.
Several socialist replacement Constitutions have been written to replace the 1789 U.S. Constitution and are now on standby. (See Center for the Study of Democratic Institutions: "World Constitution", the United States "Newstates Constitution", the "Federation of the Earth" Constitution, "United Nations Charter", and "U.N.I.D.O.") any one of which could by more forcefully imposed under circumstances of an economic depression.

* No more 1791 Bill of Rights.
The International Bill of Rights, also known as the Human Rights Treaties (communist in structure), replace the 1791 Bill of Rights. No more recognition of inalienable rights and unrepealable endowments from the Creator. Rights in the Human Rights Treaties are repealable by man and can be modified according to international law.

* No more Declaration of Independence.
On January 30, 1976 a ceremony was held by the World Affairs Council in Philadelphia. Some members of the United States Senate and House of Representatives signed a "Declaration of INTERdependence" to establish a New World Order.

* No more state, national, or personal sovereignty.
The checkless, cashless society is requiring that a computer chip the size of a grain of sand be placed inside of a credit card to govern individuals. Later it will be inserted under the skin of the right hand. State and national boundaries will disappear.
No common defense will be provided.
Without firearms, no sovereignty of any sort remains.

* No more system of self-government.
Elected representation to be replaced by non-representative government.
No more right to vote, "Privatization is now 'an idea whose time has come'.
The knowledge, communication, and computer industry can make political representatives obsolete. " (Willard Garvey to Ronald Reagan) A self-appointed elite intends to rule in the "regions" which are to replace the American states. An oppressive social order is to be installed which does not permit people superior power over New World Order principles and rulers.

* No more right to recall, initiative, or referendum.
These functions of Constitutional government are not provided for under international government management. No right to control those who will have a greater hold over
people's lives under a New World Order than did former public officials.

* No more private ownership of land.
United Nations policy on land states, "Land, because of its unique nature and the crucial role it plays in human settlements, cannot be treated as an ordinary asset, controlled by individuals..." (See National Association of Realtors, July 12, 1982 announcement
of FIABCI effort to change U.N. policy).

* No more right to withdraw.
The New World Order is being written "In Perpetuity". Although there are no withdrawal rights, repeal of the United Nations Participation Act and Amendments would dissolve membership in the New World Order.

* In addition: There will be no more freedom of religion, no right to fully operate your own business, no assured right to choose where you will live or where you will work, no assured right that you may raise your child according to your own values, no right to freely use your own car, no more "consent of the governed" (An American principle of law), no more industrial society for the U.S.A. Human nature is to be altered.
The world is to be run by social scientists. After the Program for General & Complete Disarmament has been fully effected, military concepts will be integrated on regional levels, and a militarized governmental system will prevail.
* NO checks and balances, nowhere to turn when evil men take office. The government of the NWO will become the world's tyrant. There will be no other government to which the people can turn. Built-in safeguards are not there. One of the new C.S.D.I. constitutions says; "No person may possess a lethal weapon..." (Article VIII Section 12).
World government will fail and prove that it was a serious mistake for the people to allow it to destroy the 1789 Constitution.

Then you are under the law: Constitution, Bill of Rights, lawfully approved amendments/treaties and International Law- unless you VOLUNTEER to be "taken care of" by Government !!!

Were you "naturalized" as an American OR a US citizen - typically it was "US" . . . therefore you, too, are under "exclusive legislation in all cases whatsoever - a captured citizen-subject to federal (not national) RULES, REGULATIONS, STATUTES, CODES AND ADMINISTRATIVE PROCEDURES !!!

so you are self-employed, dont pay taxes, and do not use any of the resources of the government, correct? you dont buy gasoline for your vehicles, you refine your own crude oil pulled out from the ground on your property?

you dont drive on the highways? you have your own electrical source for your appliances? you have your own water supply?

you make your own clothes and grow your own food, right?

I still dont get what you are ranting about you want unlimited benefits from the government but you dont want to contribute anything to the government?

Federal Marshall Fud Rucker reported that the federal contingent deployed to arrest ArmPit had fallen into a deep sleep listening to his political diatribe...and ArmPit escaped into the night leaving behind three women to whom he is married, sixteen children under the age of three, four dogs and a rabit pig

Marshall Rucker said ArmPit was last seen skipping into the mountainside repeating to himself "ArmPit for 04"....
