What is the name of your state?Texas! What are some activities, jobs or just things you can do on a daily basis in a Federal Prison? Im looking at two years for tax evasion!

1. Running away from bigger inmates builds up endurance and slims that waistline;

2. Clenching your butthole while your bunkmate tries to unclench it is a great isometric exercise;

3. Dieting is easy because of the constant vomiting after you eat the lousy food;

4. Job training as a beautician when you learn how to apply make-up when you become the "girl" in your cellblock.
