What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Oklahoma

is embelzzement/conversion if done by a direct deposit a federal crime or state or local? and why would it be civil and can you be sued civilaly and charged criminally at same time and if so which takes precedence or does either one?

Probably a crime both federal and state. Unlikely to have a municipal ordinance against it. Both can be initiated, but, because you can't be forced to testify against yourself, civil cases tend to wait until after the criminal cases are completed.

**A: all 3 laws are applicable. There could be both criminal and civil action going on at the same time.
