What is the name of your state?
NEVADA
My son moved to nevada 9 years ago from Calif. not aware he had to register as a child molester nor felon. This all happened 28 years ago and since then he has been clean. Since living in Nevada he has worked and led a very good life. He was told now that he can be arrested on a class II felon and sent back to prison for not registering 9 years ago. He wants to know how he can do this with out taking a chance of being locked up. He doesn't want to run, and wants to do what is right. Any help will be appricated

contact a lawyer, public defender, parole agent ask someone like maybe the police dept. where he lives.
