Hello! I am desperately looking for some help. 8 Years ago I was charged with Class 6 Felony for theft, Class 3 Forgery and fraud. I was given 3 years probation and had to pay a 5,000.00 restitution. I was unable to pay off the restitution within 3 years so I was extended for another 3 years or until I paid it off. I completed paying what I was told to pay. In 2004 I had wrote to the courts and was granted Judgement Vacated / Charges Dismissed. It was my first offense but it does not help me when it comes to employment. There has to be something I can do. Please I need help.
