I am accused of theft of computer information. The meaning of theft is "something carried away", or something missing. The data I am accused of taking has not distrupted anything at my x-employers site but they are trying to charge it as a felong of theft. Does anyone know what the sentencing guidelines are for such a charge if it sticks in Pennsylvania? Also no damage was done and I made no profit because it was only my technical documents I created. Guess cause I made the documents there they are now considered company property
